LUs and constructions whose meanings inherit from Measures are used in a relatively small, delimitable set of constructions. They may be complements of particular lexical constructions (a lengthof 20 ft., measures 20 ft.) or parts of non-lexical constructions (including Transparent Noun constructions and Measurement_plus_adjective and Measurement_plus_PP).
